Our 6-week Therapy Dog Programme prepares your dog for therapy and visiting work - the right temperament, solid skills and the confidence to work anywhere - assessed by our Therapy Dog Trainer & Assessor.
We know what this work looks like because we do it ourselves. Siobhan's Therapy Dog Ernie carries out Animal Assisted Interventions across Telford - care homes and assisted-living residents - with skills like deep-pressure therapy, retrieval and gentle, controlled contact. He met 300 children at BBC Radio Shropshire's Children in Need event and was a finalist at the BBC Make A Difference Awards.
